Yates Property Maintenance is hiring a Full time helper for General Labor.
Full time position Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
Starting pay between $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience
Duties to include but not limited to Cleaning around the shop and parking lot, lifting and moving items from one shop to another, helping supervisors with various jobs related to construction or painting.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move 80lb. Example being 80lb bags of concrete.
Must have clean driving record.
Must be able to read and write English.
Preferred:
Experience in general construction jobs.
Examples being cutting wood , cutting tile, wood framing , minor plumbing ,minor electrical , drywall and paint.
