Talent Sourcing Direct Inc is looking for a full time commercial dishware machine & laundry dispensing equipment technician with excellent customer service, communication and time management skills. The technician will service the Monterey, San Benito & Santa Cruz Counties. This is a field position, supporting our clients at their locations, and the candidate will serve as an in field representative.
Requirements:
Must have a clean DMV record and be over the age of 21 to drive our vehicles.
Prefer 3 years experience. Bi-lingual is a plus. Will train the right candidate.
Light plumbing and electrical skills.
Must have excellent written / verbal communication, organizational and listening skills.
Detail oriented.
Must be able to maintain a calm, professional demeanor while working at customer sites and speaking with difficult clients.
Must be punctual & reliable.
Monday thru Friday. On call every other weekend.
Maintain a professional appearance & attitude.
Work independently, participating in installations.
Responsibilities
Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial dish washers as well as laundry metering equipment.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, determine possible causes for malfunction and perform repairs as necessary.
Document all work performed on company forms.
Develop rapport with customers through effective communication.
Use of basic tools to accomplish your job.
Must participate in a rotating on call schedule every other weekend.
Display the ability to manage time and schedules.
Ability to work & solve problems independently and collaboratively.
Perform all duties while always striving to take care of the needs and expectations of the customer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs.
