We are looking for Sign Walker Supervisors ($125 per day) and Sign Walkers ($85 per day) in Salinas
Work Schedule
Sat 10:45am to 4pm
Sun 10:45am to 4pm
plus additional days, like federal holidays, upon request
Keep in mind BEFORE APPLYING the Supervisor DOES hold a sign here. The Supervisor is also required to hire/have someone else hold the other sign that they supervise. It is the Supervisors job to update the signs, make sure that the event is fully staffed, all hours filled, and backups on standby in the event of no shows. NO EXCEPTIONS. That is part of the reason they are paid more money. Being up front here, if you show up as a Supervisor and do not have the other position staffed you will be paid as a sign walker and not a supervisor. The Supervisor will also be responsible for adding discount changes to the sign as the sale progresses.
Required of Sign Walker Supervisor
Good Communication Skills
A working cellphone with data
Your own car, proof of driver's license, clean driving record (No DUIs) and insurance, ability to get to and from work in a timely fashion
A clean professional appearance and great attitude
To stand in the rain if needed
