Local Monterey CPA Firm is currently looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant.

Work Duties:
-Receive and route company calls, take messages as needed
-Maintain neatness of lobby and reception area
-Mail packages
-Run errands when needed like going to the post office
-Order office supplies
-Filing and keeping files organized both physically and digitally
-Print Stamps
-Schedule, coordinate and set up meetings and appointments
-Professionally communicate directly with clients via email, written correspondence, and telephone
-Assist owner with all administrative support when needed
-All other administrative duties as they come necessary
Job Type: Part-time – 25-30 hours a week - Schedule: Monday to Friday and some weekends
We are busiest from February to April and August to October, therefore more hours may become available.
Pay: $16-18$hr – if you have prior experience with Excel, QuickBooks, basic tax prep and tax return assembly pay can be negotiable based on experience.
