Job Title: Administrative Specialist
Location: Monterey, CA
Pay: $26/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
We're looking for someone who:
Order and restock office supplies for multiple locations.
Schedule meetings for managers as requested.
Take meeting minutes occasionally.
Coordinate approved employee travel, including conferences and training sessions.
Assist with scheduling virtual training sessions for staff.
Coordinate staff outings and events such as town hall meetings, vendor lunches, and appreciation events.
Compile and submit IT surveys, including bi-annual reports and benchmarking surveys.
Update organizational charts as needed.
Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate contacts.
Submit building maintenance and work order requests.
Distribute mail to on-site employees and ship items to remote staff, including hardware.
Facilitate badge requests and updates for staff and contractors.
