Seeking qualified admin assistant to help with bookkeeping and customer service for demolition contractor. Daily tasks include payroll processing, A/R, A/P, data entry and answering phones. The role will support and directly report to the office manager and company ownership. Part-time work to start. Additional hours available for project managing or estimating if skills are apparent.
Experience with Quickbooks and Excel required.
