Two part time positions available:
1. Office assistant: Position requirements:
Microsoft Windows 11 proficiency
Familiarity with Word, Excel, Publisher and other Microsoft Office 365 apps.
QuickBooks Accounting Desktop
Basic internet research for public information from public agency websites.
Basic accounting skills, for understanding the accounting equation.
Letter writing and billing for service contracts.
Office filing in both computer and paper hard files.
2. Administrative assistant for the following:
Business management
Construction office management
Legal secretary or paralegal experience
Flexible hours available in home office. Contract work. Private sector experience required.
Office site location is 8 minutes East of Carmel Valley Village.
