Help wanted with the following computer skills:
Microsoft Windows 11
Familiarity with Word, Excel, Publisher and other Microsoft Office 365 apps.
QuickBooks Accounting Desktop
Basic internet research for public information from public agency websites.
Basic accounting skills, for understanding the accounting equation.
Letter writing and billing for service contracts.
Office filing in both computer and paper hard files.
I would like help one day a week, with a minimum of 6 hours per day. Could possibly work two days a week, depending on skillset proficiency and interest in the work.
Pay is flexible, depending upon organization and productivity. Flexible hours available.
I would prefer someone who has good office skills and has had office experience in one of the professions, like accounting, paralegal or bookkeeping. I need someone who understands buisness structure and business administration.
I am looking for someone who is willing to work in a home office setting and commute one day a week to the office site location, 8 minutes east of Carmel Valley Village.
