Personal Assistant

Position Summary

The Personal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to an executive with multiple business ventures and household responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and initiative to manage both professional and personal priorities seamlessly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Support

Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments across multiple businesses (e.g., healthcare operations, startup ventures).

Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for business projects and ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with vendors.

Assist with expense tracking, bill pay.

Help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries.

Household; Personal Support

Manage household scheduling, including appointments, repairs, deliveries, and errands.

Organize family calendars.

Assist with online orders, returns, vendor coordination, and household inventory.

Coordinate personal appointments (medical, beauty, vehicle maintenance, etc.).

Support meal planning, grocery ordering, and occasional meal prep or pickup.

Handle personal correspondence, gifts, and family projects (e.g., holiday prep, birthdays).

Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.

Qualifications

Exceptional time management, multitasking, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong writing, scheduling, and organizational ability.

Discreet and professional with highly sensitive information.

Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and work independently.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation

18-20 hourly

Mileage reimbursement and expense coverage for errands
