Monterey Day Spa is growing and looking for the right candidate to fill our front desk position. This is a fast-paced position in a serene environment and requires someone who can handle wearing many hats while managing a booked spa. Located just one block away from Cannery Row, our spa is in a wonderful location in the heart of Monterey.
This role is key to our success and the right individual will have the following experience and skills:
2 years customer service/hospitality experience preferred
Commitment to Cleanliness
Above and beyond customer service skills
Overall professionalism
Great communication skills
Outgoing and positive person to help lead the team and build rapport with clients
Works well under pressure
Self-starter and motivator
Open to constructive feedback
Strong interest in nourishing your personal education and self-growth
Be able to multitask
Problem solve and ensure client satisfaction 100%
Microsoft Excel/Word a plus
Flexible schedule with weekends required
