Job Opportunity: Dynamic Office Administrator

Are you an organized, motivated professional looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated assistant to join our team! You will play a vital role in our operations, handling scheduling, electronic signatures, and multiple task management.

Key Responsibilities:

Work 4 to 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday (some weekends as needed)

Ensure smooth office operations with excellent organizational skills

Professionally interface with clients, vendors, and team members

Manage multiple tasks with efficiency in a dynamic environment

Utilize scheduling tools and manage electronic signatures

Maintain a presence at the office to facilitate daily workflow

Requirements:

Strong interest in real estate, Licensed Realtor highly desirable

Ability to manage time and tasks effectively

Professional demeanor and communication skills

Permanent position with a competitive salary (based on experience)

Ability to still sale Real Estate but license must hang with brokerage.
