Seeking a reliable and personable Showing Assistant to fill in when the principal agent is out of town. This position is perfect for someone starting out in real estate who wants to gain hands-on experience and insight into the business. As a showing assistant, you will meet with clients and show properties, collect feedback from clients and share it with the principal agent.
Qualifications:
Friendly, warm, and approachable with strong interpersonal skills
Presentable and professional in appearance and conduct
Basic knowledge of the real estate market or a desire to learn more
Ability to think on your feet and handle client questions with confidence
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work on short notice Ideal for someone newly licensed or in the process of getting licensed
Schedule & Compensation:
This is an on-call, sporadic position, primarily filling in when the principal agent is unavailable
Hourly pay, commensurate with experience
