Yates Property Maintenance is hiring a Handyman/ Maintenance Technician.
This is a full time position Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
Compensation : $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements/Experience:
-Must be able to read and write in English.
-Must have strong experience with : Plumbing, Snaking drains & Mainlines , Fixing & Replacing water heaters, Heaters , Minor electrical and Lighting
-Availability to be 24-hour On-Call Emergency Staff for 1 week per month.
-Must have clean driving record.
-Your own hand tools and small power tools.
