Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of property management are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of service for residents and stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties
- Manage onsite operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive living environment.
- Conduct regular property and unit inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
-Janitorial - Ensure walkways, windows and common spaces are clean
- Light Maintenance - respond and repair of clogged drains, relighting of pilot lights, changing light bulbs and battery replacements in detection devices
- Deliver unit notices
- Showing units to perspective tenants
Skills
- Proficiency in AppFolio software is preferred for effective property management.
- MUST have the ability to facilitate light maintenance plumbing repairs
- Janitorial experience - able to lift 25 pounds, bend/reach
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Strong phone etiquette to communicate professionally with residents and vendors.
-Must be available On Call Nights and weekends
Compensation
This is an on-call / part time position that requires applicant to reside on Property. This is a 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment.
Check Exchange is used for this position. Resident Manager will receive 33% discount on current Market Rate of unit (2195) and all hours worked are paid at 20.00 per hour. Anticipated work hours needed: Approx. 15-20 per Month. Must be available to be on call nights / weekends
