Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience addressing cross-functional business issues with data analytics.
Experience working with SQL and data visualization.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting or deploying strategy (driving complex initiatives) for sales or partner teams.
Experience in advanced SQL and data analytics tools.
Familiarity with Apps Script, SQL, Python, or another scripting language, and with Google Data Studio.
Ability to build effective presentations and briefing documents to communicate insights and influence decision making, including communicating results to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrated success and capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.

Build an understanding of business, customer needs and problems, and scope projects designed to address them.
Structure and implement analyses, and synthesize the findings leveraging a set of data and tools (e.g., data visualization, dashboard reporting).
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work, align on methodologies/approaches, drive execution, track progress, and assess impact.
Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization to drive decision making.
Establish thorough processes for documenting, sourcing, and maintaining work, and ensure that work/outputs are compliant with the policies.
