Technical Program Manager

Job DescriptionThis individual will support Program Management of the overall program, including management and tracking of two major workstreams 1. Should Cost Models for Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) and 2. QTOs and Estimate Assessment Reports for Construction Scope of Work. The individual will be expected to:  Lead coordination between team resources including engineering technical leads (electrical, mechanical, architectural, etc.), strategic estimating, and equipment supply chain leads  Plan and lead meetings as needed including capturing meeting notes (agenda, decisions, action items, etc.)  Track key activities and deliverables including schedule, resourcing, cost (if applicable), and status/risks  Analyze provided estimate data from various disciplines (electrical, mechanical, structural, controls, etc.) and summarize findings.  Facilitate the development of a cost estimating template and milestone workflow for future data center designs. Incorporate lessons learned from stakeholder meetings and estimate data analysis. Create a workflow that facilitates efficient gathering of cost data from different disciplines, QAQC review, and reporting.  Prepare and lead regular report ups to lead TPM and executive team of program status and findings including supporting materials such as docs, slides, tables, etc.  Organize deliverables and conclusions from various program workstreams into a comprehensive program close out deckWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Construction estimating experience or equipment manufacturing finance experience strongly preferred.  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).  Bachelors Degree (minimum). Engineering, Finance, or Accounting disciplines are strongly preferred.Masters Degree in engineering business, or process related fields desired.
