Position Details:

Job Title: Senior Visual Designer

Location: Mountain View, CA - 94043

Duration: 6+ months(+extension)

Produce seamless, well-considered user journeys, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.

• Deliver exceptional design solutions for virtual experiences, interactive designs, and online storytelling.

informed by deep conceptual thinking and knowledge of business goals and user behavior.

• Raise the bar on design, including typography, layout, iconography, animation and video.


• Understand the business and communication objectives, goals and challenges, and use them as a guide

through projects.

• Effectively manage and prioritize a workload from multiple work streams and stakeholders from concept

to completion.

• Share knowledge, experience and skill with other design staff; work with design counterparts to ensure

continuity across projects.

• Advocate for scalable design solutions by building, maintaining and growing design systems, component

libraries and identity systems.

• A strong point of view and great communication skills to back up your design solutions with solid

rationale.

• The ability to show your design savvy through sharing best practices and trends with the rest of the team.


• A keen design sense that drives new ideas and advances work on all platforms.


• A friendly, collaborative attitude with the ability to pivot based on new information and requirements as

well as the ability to work autonomously with little guidance.

• 5+ years as a visual or interactive designer in an agency or corporate environment.


• Expert-level skills in best-in-class design and collaboration software including, but not limited to, Figma,

Sketch and Adobe CC.

• The ability to f ocus on detailed aspects of visual and motion design while keeping track of the big picture

Education:

• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial)
