Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data across the organization.

Data Quality Management: Establish and maintain data quality standards, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify and resolve data discrepancies or quality issues.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment on data requirements and processes.

Master Data Strategy: Lead initiatives to design and implement strategies for effective master data management, promoting best practices across the organization.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant data policies and regulations, maintaining awareness of industry standards and best practices in data management.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on data management practices and tools, fostering a culture of data stewardship within the organization.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to master data quality, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
