Job DescriptionAs a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing and delivering the program, working with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the program and strategy. You will be responsible for managing complex technical projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and oversee aspects of the program such as recruitment strategy, training and development initiatives and teambuilding to ensure the program meets the highest quality standards.You will work with the Engineering Graduate Program team, dedicated to build, operate and improve the program to foster the top talent of the future.
