Seasoned performance manager, accountable for synthesizing and monitoring Medicare supplemental benefit and product performance including member experience, cost, and utilization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Medicare Product Strategy, within the National Product Design and Management Division. Leverages expertise to build partnerships with key cross-functional partners including the Medicare line of business, Actuarial Services, and Finance.

Overview: The role involves managing reporting on a vertical portfolio of work and supporting larger initiatives within the revenue cycle processes and functions. This position is aligned under the VP and will be assigned to one of four revenue cycles. While not a project manager role, broad knowledge of the revenue cycle is essential. Experience with RFPs, SOWs, and strong Microsoft skills, particularly in PowerPoint and advanced Excel, are required. Medical center revenue cycle experience is a plus.
