As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing bills and compiling data into spreadsheets and accounting software. This is a long-term contract / temporary, Oakland, California area Billing Clerk opportunity.Key responsibilities
Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Establish financial controls and procedures
Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary Requirements - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Command of cash applications
Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel
Billing experience desired
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance
