Position - Enterprise Onboarding Manager Location Oakland, CA Duration – Long-term ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • • Enterprise Onboarding Manager you will own the critical early phase of the Candidate lifecycle, onboarding new clients, and working with Customer Success Managers to deliver great results. • Teamwork and facilitating cooperation between multiple teams assigned to a project • Providing coordination and decision support of multiple teams assigned to a project • Tracking, reporting and managing status from multiple teams • Identifying and resolving conflicts and issues • Providing timely, relevant and accurate information to enable effective decision making at all levels. • Facilitating and monitoring team and project meetings • Coordinating internal resources and third party contractors/vendors during the execution of projects • Assisting in the definition of project scope, objectives, and checkpoints
