Ensure fund compliance.
Assist in compliance processes and fund closings.
Support audits and tax filings.
Aid investor relations and decision-making.
Manage capital calls, payments, and records.
Prepare financial statements and review property data.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years in public accounting OR
5+ years in real estate accounting.
Bachelor's in accounting
Exposure to partnership or investment accounting
Familiarity with entity compliance necessary.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team.
Motivated to learn and support business needs.
Strong business writing skills advantageous.
Proactively solves problems and follows through on decisions.
