Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide clinical leadership,
quality assurance and program development to clinical, training and
consultation programs within the EIS Unit. This includes clinical
supervision, program development, managing resources, participating in
staff evaluations, and assisting in the implementation of quality
assurance and evaluation measures for services. It may also include
carrying a limited caseload of direct service cases. Organizing and
facilitating team meetings, identifying training needs and coordinating
training for clinical staff are also key elements of the position.Position Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree in Mental Health field
License/Certification: Licensure as a clinical psychologist,
clinical social worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
Experience: At least three years experience in clinical work
providing individual and group counseling required. Experience with
treatment of infants and young children and their primary caregivers
preferred. At least one year experience in project coordination or
management required. At least one year experience in organizational
system planning required. Demonstrated familiarity with complex
organizational models and structures required.
Knowledge, Skills & Requirements: Demonstrated excellence in
communication skills, verbal and written, and in group process
facilitation and meeting organization. Car and valid California driver's
license required.Physical Requirements:
