Description Our reputable healthcare facility is currently seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to improve the effectiveness of our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient office operations, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. The role involves integrating interdepartmental functions, facilitating patient appointments, and managing patient inquiries, records, and billing.· Oversee day-to-day management of the medical office.· Supervise administrative staff and divide tasks to ensure smooth operations.· Manage patient scheduling, consultations, and procedures efficiently.· Maintain and update patient records while adhering to strict confidentiality requirements.· Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services.· Handle patient queries and ensure high standards of customer service.· Manage office inventory and coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance.· Facilitate financial operations including billing, insurance claims, and collections.· Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain an efficient work environment.· Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating administrative staff members as necessary.Requirements · High School diploma; bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field is preferred.· Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrator, or similar role within a medical practice.· Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and medical terminologies.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.· Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.· Excellent communication and leadership skills.· Strong customer service orientation with a high level of professionalism.· Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
