Description We are currently seeking a highly skilled Contracts Professional to assist in all aspects of contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as NDAs, marketing vendor agreements, and vendor due diligence processes. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business through effective contract and compliance management. Additionally, you will provide expertise in privacy compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations such as CCPA and GDPR, as well as managing corporate compliance activities like entity maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in contract and compliance management, preferably within the Advertising/Digital Marketing/Advertising Technology (AdTech) industry, and should possess in-depth knowledge of privacy regulations, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This 3-month contract is fully remote, however, candidates will be required to work PST hours - strong preference to candidates that sit in PST, MT, and CST time zones. Manage all aspects of contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts such as NDAs, marketing vendor agreements, and vendor due diligence processes.
Provide expertise in privacy compliance, including but not limited to CCPA, GDPR, data mapping, third-party data sharing, and tracking.
Oversee corporate compliance activities, including entity maintenance and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with various business activities.
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations impacting the digital marketing industry, advising the team accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
5+ years of experience in contract and compliance management.
Proven experience working with NDAs and marketing vendor agreements, preferably within the Advertising/Digital Marketing/Advertising Technology (AdTech) industry.
Strong understanding of privacy compliance frameworks such as CCPA and GDPR, with experience in data mapping and third-party data sharing.
Demonstrated expertise in corporate compliance, including entity maintenance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
