Management of complex projects which includes but is not limited to
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities and present mitigation for all
Drive definition of project scope and goals
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements and standards
Drive and obtain business decisions from executive leadership and ensure leaders are aligned with project goals and objectives
Drive development of compliant and member focused solutions
REQUIRED Skills:
Minimum Level of Education: Bachelors required or High School Diploma plus 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager with PMP Certification
Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework and various project management methodologies
Type at least 40 WPM and advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Project
Proven leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to work and obtain results under pressure and time constraints
PREFERRED Skills:
Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
strong critical thinker
