Efficient communication with clients and employees.

Management of approval forms for online access.

Regular compliance reviews of online user profiles.

Administration of online banking and treasury service access.

Technical support for online banking and treasury services, including wires, ACH, and Remote Deposit Capture.

Handling software/hardware that interfaces with our core system.

Understanding of risk ratings for secure online transactions.

Regular updates of tracking forms and proficient clerical skills.

Adherence to all regulations and completion of mandatory compliance trainings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of treasury experience, ideally in banking

3+ years of supervisory experience.

1-2 years of experience in cash management or treasury fulfillment.

Strong customer service and sales skills with proven interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and strong computer skills.

Solid organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Knowledge of retail product policies and procedures, with ACH experience preferred.

Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze financial information.

Experience in a financial sales-oriented role.
