Description Join a leading construction company as an HR Assistant and support a growing HR team in ensuring seamless operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources to contribute to employee support, records management, and recruitment activities.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation by collecting and organizing necessary documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files.
Provide administrative support for recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and posting job ads.
Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, company policies, and procedures.
Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Background in or understanding of HR practices in the medical industry is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related preferred.
