Description A company in the Manufacturing industry is working with Robert Half to find the best candidate for a Data Entry Clerk position that offers potential for growth. We are seeking a data-savvy professional who is keen to pick up on important details and looking to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have lightning quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist opportunity for you! This short-term contract Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Ontario, California area.What you get to do every day
Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Explore the internet for information
Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Investigate reports and sheets of data
Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
Requirements - Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Deep understanding of numeric data entry
Data entry experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Data Entry
High-Volume Data Entry experience
Experience with Perform Data Entry
2+ years of related experience
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Excellent typing accuracy
