Description We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our team based in Ontario, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in the areas of business development, sales, customer service, recruiting, and account management within our business services sector.Responsibilities: Generate new business through various methods such as cross-leveraging existing relationships, cold-calling, and attending networking groups. Utilize various tools for business development, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, and our proprietary database. Conduct client visits both virtually and in-person. Develop and implement digital and email marketing campaigns for business development purposes. Negotiate and establish contractual agreements with clients. Qualify client job orders and establish a plan for placement. Provide high-quality customer service and counsel clients on strategies to attract and onboard talent. Stay up-to-date with current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions and salary ranges. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to secure future needs. Coordinate interview and placement activities in partnership with talent managers, recruiters, and recruiting coordinators. Utilize your skills in Outside Sales, Outbound Sales, Sales, Account Management, Temporary Staffing, Staffing, Business Development, and B2B Sales to excel in this role. Requirements Proven experience in Outside Sales, Outbound Sales, and Sales roles Proficient in Account Management, including maintaining and growing existing client relationships Experience in Staffing, specifically in the Business Services industry Proven track record in Business Development, with the ability to identify and pursue potential business opportunities Solid experience in B2B Sales Ability to implement and manage Temporary Staffing solutions effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client solutions High level of proficiency in using various sales and CRM tools Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and sales pitches.
