Maxim Healthcare Staffing is urgently seeking to hire compassionate LVN's to help support a residential treatment center in the Orange County area! Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Tuesday - Saturday OR 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sunday - Thursday Schedule: Full time Setting: Residential Treatment center Pay: $35+/hour DOEDuties:
Responsible in assisting Nurse Manager, Providers, and program Directors in the following area: medication management and education, chart audits and supports daily operations of residential treatment center
Utilize medical expertise to provide services and support as part of a treatment team and assist clients in their recovery
Responsible for providing medication management services to consumers receiving services at residential treatment center
Works in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure best possible treatment outcome for the client and provide treatment
Is customer service focused and is quick to take the lead in providing crisis intervention and participant stabilization
Has a high degree of self-awareness and the ability to stay calm under pressure
