What we are looking for:
Accounting degree OR equivalent experience or both – 1+ years of experience preferred
Solid understanding of accounting concepts and application
Desire to learn and grow in your job and career
Work collaboratively with team
Learns from and accepts constructive criticism
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Accurate and detail oriented
Anxious to take on and learn new responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Accounts payable processing
Accounts receivable payment processing
Manage accounting files
Follow-up correspondence with vendors, customers and employees
Assist with weekly cash-flow reports
Assist with month end procedures and reports
Reconcile and reporting activities of foreign entities
Sales tax reports
Work with CFO and controller as needed for year-end reports
Pay Range:
$25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
