You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department, financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, while providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, finance, operations, and systems with proven experience in leadership roles in a professional services firm environment.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, MBA a plus, CPA preferred. 10 years or more experience as a
as a Controller or CFO reporting directly to stakeholders. Mentor of staff and collaborating with everyone in the firm. Tech savvy proficient in ERP systems, data analytics, dashboard implementation, and MS Suite. Strong business minded professional, communicator, leader, and results driven that takes a strategic approach to issues that results in long term solutions.
