Contractor seeks to fill a Project and Office Administration position. Accounts receivable / payable experience a plus. Responsible for daily tasks necessary to maintain ongoing construction and service projects. Full time position at our HB office, M-F, 8am - 4:30 pm . Great Opportunity!
Duties include:
Job set up, maintenance, and project administration/coordination.
Service department duties and follow up
Review and interpret contracts
Billing projects - both T&M and Project work.
Professional communication to customers
General Office and Field Support
Working with SAP software systems
Maintain subcontractor's insurance
Process work tickets from technicians
Payroll duties
Enforce procedures as directed, train
Qualifications to Include:
Billing experience, accuracy, construction project coordination, excellent communications skills both written and verbal, be highly organized, a team player, great attendance, able to diligently execute tasks assigned without hesitation.
Skills: Professional communication skills, Excel, good with numbers, Word, and Heavy Outlook usage, SAP software, Autodesk, Leadership skills
Background, Physical, Drug Screen are required
