Project Management Associate, Fixed Income positions offered by Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) (Newport Beach, CA). Coordinate internal resources as well as potential third party vendors for the successful execution of multiple projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time and in scope. Prepare and maintain clear and detailed project documentation, including but not limited to, project plans, contingency plans, training materials, product guides, and roadmaps. Document project requirements from business partners. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Provide ad-hoc, non-technical user support and request triage. Measure the impact of solutions that are implemented through usage tracking and other key performance indicator (KPI) metrics. Develop ongoing relationships with other employees throughout all teams. Participate in ad-hoc business intelligence projects. Position based in Newport Beach, CA; telecommuting permitted up to once per week.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field and 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Smartsheet, Vizio/LucidChart, and Jira/Confluence; Microsoft Excel; addressing ad-hoc requests relating to user support; project management; Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics; and, data analysis. Experience may be gained concurrently. Position based in Newport Beach, CA; telecommuting permitted up to
once per week.
This is a full-time position. Salary range is $88,109/year to $100,000/year.
