Looking to hire an Auto Body Secretary for Auto Body shop in Costa Mesa and Tustin area.
Job Description includes:
- Greet customers
- Maintain files and records in an organized manner
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- legible writing (for writing up the files )
- basic knowledge of computers and typing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important tasks
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Previous experience in a front desk role is preferred but not required
- Monday through Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm
