Your primary responsibilities will include assisting our Senior Specialist in basic customer service tasks, ensuring strong verbal and written communication skills are utilized. Additionally, you'll serve as the liaison between our company and our affiliate partners, facilitating seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service support to our valued clients, leveraging your extensive phone-based experience in the financial industry.

Collaborate closely with our Senior Retention Specialist to uphold high customer retention rates.

Act as the primary point of contact for our affiliate partners, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication channels.

Proactively reach out to existing customers to confirm program payment dates, mitigating potential payment issues and ensuring they stay on track with their enrolled programs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of verifiable customer service experience in a phone-based role within the financial industry.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
