Express Employment Professionals, Anaheim South is currently hiring CSR's with call center experience for our clients in South Anaheim and the surrounding area.
If you enjoy providing high-quality service to customers by phone and solving problems, then this is a job for you!
You will be the front-line for all customer calls, delivering outstanding service and support to all customers. Your primary goal is to answer customer inquiries and solve their issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming telephone calls from customers in a professional manner.
Answer routine questions regarding a variety of issues and inquiries.
Answer complex questions by conducting research and involve staff appropriately.
Investigate and correct errors accurately.
Document all customer contacts in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Positive attitude, team player, and smile, smile, smile.
Outgoing, high-energy personality.
Professional appearance
Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English
