Temporary Customer Service Representative

Apublicutility companyin South Orange County is searching for a Customer RelationsSpecialist. This is a temporary position that is expected to last approximately4 to 6 months, starting April 22nd, 2024.

This individual will need to have a high level of customer service experience as they will be answering customer calls regarding billing information and responding to inquiries viaphone, live chat and email.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. The pay is $25-$30an hour.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities should include:

Basic knowledge of office management practices and procedures, including filing and the operation of standard office equipment.

Ability to do business arithmetic, including percentages and decimals.

Knowledge of the standard format fortyped materials; basic business data processing principles and the use of word processing equipment.

Strong in dealing with the public on the telephone.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook & WORD

Call Center experience is a plus!

Education and/or Experience:

Any combination of education and/or experience that has provided the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for acceptable job performance. Example combinations include equivalent to graduation from high school and some experience in a customer service field.
