We are seeking an experienced Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative who can make insurance purchases experience simple, affordable, and convenient. Ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, handle all customers in a professional manner, be proficient in FSC, Underwriting, Microsoft Office Suite, highly organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Compensation includes base and commission with high earning potential.

Qualifications:

* Must have an Insurance license or 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.

* B to B sales experience with a track record of delivering results is a plus

* Must be comfortable making cold calls and making sales

* Possess excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills

* Ability to develop relationships with customers

* Must be self-motivated and driven

Responsibilities:

* Individual will be responsible for the entire sales process including developing and maintaining customer base

* Meeting sales targets and developing sales tools to support sale.

* Candidate must be able to take initiatives and work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-pace environment.

* Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned by management based on the needs of business.
