Our Agency is located in Newport Beach and has a new position opening for a full time customer service rep!
We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and self-driven person who is confident on the phone. Your job responsibilities will primarily focus on endorsements (process changes to existing policies), billing research and reconciliation, claims questions and general policy services for auto, home, umbrella and commercial insurance policy holders.
We pride ourselves on being an agency that does more than just sell. We take the time to act as trusted advisors to our customers. We look at their entire insurance portfolio to ensure there aren't any gaps in coverage. Our main areas of focus include home, auto, renters, condos, and umbrella.
