We are looking for a highly motivated retention agent/customer service agent to follow up with our current clients and help to resolve any issues they may be experiencing. We currently work exclusively with Medicare products. We are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond to resolve the issue at hand.
This position does require the ability to obtain a health and life insurance license and a certification to sell Medicare products. We will help you to get licensed and certified, but you must meet these qualifications:
⢠Ability to study for and pass CA state licensing insurance test (
⢠Clean background (state run background check is very thorough)
⢠Ability to study for and complete AHIP Medicare testing and carrier certifications

Hours of Operation:
⢠Monday thru Friday - 7:00 AM to 4:00PM
⢠Saturdays (Only during busy season) - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
⢠Full-time only â Competitive compensation based on experience
