We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Director to lead our dedicated team and support our mission.
Position Summary:
The Preschool Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a high-quality learning environment, maintaining compliance with licensing standards, managing staff and enrollment, and fostering strong relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support teaching staff in curriculum planning and professional development
Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and health/safety standards
Oversee admissions, enrollment, and parent communication
Manage, billing, and school operations
Promote a positive and collaborative school culture
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
Qualifications:
State Mandated ECE Units in Early Childhood Education
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool leadership role
Strong knowledge of child development and early education best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
CPR/First Aid certification
Familiarity with state licensing requirements and staff supervision
