Established in 1999, we are a Construction Consulting Company providing due-diligence services to Real Estate lenders and Investors. We have a national footprint with are headquarter in Orange County, CA. Our staff consists of Licensed Civil Engineers, Architect and Construction Professionals. We have about 30 employees and consultants. Our projects include apartments, tracts, land development, casinos, churches, warehouses, offices, auto dealerships, retail, etc.
We are looking for a mid-career (10-15 years’ experience) licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with some experience in design but mostly in construction management, cost estimating, and progress inspections. The selected candidate will review and analyses construction documents such as plans, construction contracts, A/E contracts, soil reports, Environmental reports, ALTA Surveys, schedules and project development budgets. A commercial general contracting project management background would be beneficial.
The candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills and should be able to lead a team. The candidate should have initiative and be a quick learner. This is a growth opportunity to build the business for the next 25 years.
