Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 plus Excellent Benefits including 401k match!

Key Responsibilities:
Work on exciting projects involving renewable energy, microgrids, fuel cells, and linear generators.
Utilize your AutoCAD expertise to understand and create control drawings and designs.
Engage in fieldwork to oversee the implementation and maintenance of engineering solutions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage projects from inception to completion.
Tackle day-to-day challenges that arise from the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of complex systems.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
1-5 years of work experience in engineering.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and control drawing/design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
California-based, with a willingness to travel for fieldwork.
Interest in project management and solving real-world engineering problems.
