Skills and Responsibilities

-Greet guests and engage them in discovering their drink and food interests.

-Cheerful energy and enthusiasm for customer service.

-Promote coffee consumption by preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks.

-Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions.

-Prepare and sell drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques, such as espresso, lattes, fruit lemonades, and smoothies.

-Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace

-Generate revenue by attracting new customers and defining new and expanded services and products.

-Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply and stocking supplies.

-Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and performing preventative maintenance.

- Washing dishes along with other opening and closing cleaning tasks

-Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

Job Skills/Key Qualifications:

-Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work

-Can quickly memorize recipes and prepare drinks and food without errors

-Candidates should be passionate about customer service and hospitality

-A highly motivated and disciplined individual who can work independently and with a team.

-Ability to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills and operate under minimal supervision

-Respect for confidentiality concerning customer, vendor, and company information

-Ability to genuinely connect with others in a positive way.

Job Experience

-2 years of customer service experience

-Prior café or coffee shop experience, Crepe or baking experience is a huge plus

-High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

-Familiarity with point-of-sale software

Fraise Cafe will provide training and mentoring.

Compensation 18/hour plus tips.
