Established Italian restaurant looking for a dishwasher and line cook for the dinner shift. Hours are reasonable, out no later that 10:30pm, and also flexible. Ideally looking for someone full-time, but part-time is fine too.
DISHWASHER:
We would like someone that has dishwashing experience and even some prep experience. Willing to train and even promote to other positions, if interested.
LINE COOK:
Looking for someone who has line cook experience, preferably on grill/sauté station. Must have good knife skills, capable of fabrication chicken, fish, and pork. Must be willing to prep and maintain a stocked station. Must have good listening and communication skills, and able to follow a recipe.
