SEEKING EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER FOR CABO CANTINA LOCATION IN NEWPORT BEACH
We are hiring a full time Manager for our company, Sunset Restaurant Management Group (Cabo Cantina, Jameson's Pub, Fiesta Cantina, Baja Beach Cafe etc.). This position requires floor managing in our high volume restaurant/bar.

Qualifications and Skills:
-At least 2 years experience in a management capacity, preferably in a corporate chain restaurant (i.e. Buffalo Wild Wings, CPK, Cheescake Factory, BJ's, Lazy Dog Cafe, Tilted Kilt, etc.).
-Ability to manage supporting Management Staff, FOH staff & BOH staff.
-Excellent communication skills and a responsible, mature, professional demeanor.
-Resourceful, result oriented, self-starter, with strong work ethic and job commitment.
-Skilled in scheduling, customer service, problem solving, cash handling, bar cost controls, inventory, pour controls, implementing policies, high volume purchasing and liquor promotions.
-Knowledge of TOAST systems preferred but not necessary.
