Job Title: Food Truck Employee
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our food truck team as a Food Truck Employee. As a Food Truck Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience and enjoy delicious food.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
Operate the food truck equipment, including the grill, fryer, and other kitchen appliances
Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
Handle cash and credit card transactions, operate the cash register and make change
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the food truck and the surrounding area
Restock food supplies and equipment as needed
Assist with food truck setup and breakdown
Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
Prior experience in the food industry preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a food truck is a plus
